Paul Tunbridge representing the Voice of Gibraltar Group will be visiting the Labour Party regional conference held in the South West region of the UK next week.

It has been announced that Peter Hain will attend, and in conjunction with Kevin Kelway of the Golden Hinde Association the Group will take the opportunity to discuss his support of the proposed joint sovereignty deal for Gibraltar and if possible correct his mistaken view of its viability.

The Group notes that in their cordial discussion with Mr Hoon this week that he did not personally consider joint sovereignty a policy he had any particular enthusiasm for.
